The Heilbrunn Center for Graham and Dodd Investing at Columbia Business School is the global academic hub for the theory and practice of value investing. Their roster of events in NYC, Omaha, and virtually each year serve as some of the best professional development opportunities for us to continue to refine our approach and process. Their winter conference held on Columbia’s Morningside Heights campus is an annual highlight. After many years of attendance, HVP was honored to have Christopher P. Davis join a panel discussion in the afternoon session to share how we source ideas, why we started the firm, and of course, he pitched a recent purchase we hold in portfolios.
We would like to thank the Heilbrunn Center for hosting such a wonderful event on February 7, 2025 – now in its 28th year! It was a treat to have a team member on stage and we are delighted to be able share our work with the community.
